RETURNS /// I guarantee that the product you get will be accurately represented in the photographs and descriptions on each listing. I do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made on my part. That said, your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me—I will do all that I can to make it right.

DAMAGED ITEMS /// If your item arrives damaged, I will be happy to replace the item at no charge to you. This process may take up to 6 weeks. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the damaged item in order to start the process.

PAYMENTS /// All orders—including CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER listings—are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING /// Ready-to-Ship items will be carefully packaged & shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping prices listed are for USPS. Shipping costs are based on basic shipping materials (I try to recycle as often as possible), weight, distance, and handling—more items always cost more to ship.

Shipping pottery can be expensive. I do not make a profit on shipping. I may even be losing money on that front. That said, if there does happen to be a significant overage I will refund the difference.

If you live in Austin, you can schedule a pick up and avoid the shipping process altogether. Your order can be picked up after payment is received. Use coupon code ATXPICKUP if you would like to go this route. Please send me a note at checkout and we will find a mutually agreeable time & location.

CUSTOM ORDERS /// CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER items are produced and shipped/delivered within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated. Every MADE-TO-ORDER listing is clearly marked as such.
